STAX is pioneering a future where Glasgow becomes the Agritech Capital of Europe—turning empty buildings into vertical farms, insect farms, and sustainable feed hubs. Just as shipbuilding once defined this city, agritech has the potential to create jobs, drive investment, and put Glasgow at the forefront of global sustainable food production.
We’re not just imagining this future—we’re building it. Watch the video and join us on this journey.

I love Glasgow. It's the best city in the world. Where Glasgow was once the home of global shipbuilding, I now want it to be at the forefront of a new revolution. The Agritech revolution.
Imagine a Glasgow where our disused, derelict and desolate spaces are transformed into Agritech hubs. housing insect farming, vertical farming and pellet processing.
Imagine a Glasgow that is the agritech capital of the UK, supporting thousands of jobs and driving millions of inward investment into Scotland.
I'm Jamie Culpin, the founder of Stax and we have pioneered the world's first ever totally circular and sustainable animal feed pellet and we are heading to Silicon Valley to seek five million pounds investment and bring it home to Glasgow.
Let’s change the future of feed, together.
